Looks like most of the deep, moist convection is on the western side of what looks like a possible center of low-level center of circulation. I don't think it's likely to develop, given the low 700-500 mb relative humidity...check out the 12-hour GFS forecast from 00Z (lower-right panel on image below, valid at 12Z this morning (8 A.M. EDT)).
