Klotzbach/Gray 2 week forecasts:Average from 9/28 thru 10/11

The two week forecast from September 14 thru September 27 will be below normal in the Atlantic basin according to Klotzbach/Gray.

They have been forecasting below average activity since April, lol.

They forecast average activity from September 28 thru October 11. They say apart from Nadine,Development may occur in Eastern Atlantic and at end of period in Western Caribbean.
