I'm only bringing this up because this is the first upper level low which is forming down in the Caribbean this year.If it gets to the surface then it could get interesting.

First of all welcome to S2K.We have really good people on this forum and you'll learn alot. It sure does look like a wave but I think its a little too far south. This time of year till July the waves that form in Africa usually fall apart once they hit the cold water. This year might be the exception due to the warmer than average temps out there.

Thanks for the welcome! I've actually been on here since 2005, but this is my first post. I see the upper level low you're talking about on satellite. Do any models hint at development for this low?
