NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MOUNT HOLLY NJ

...AN EVENING WITH BILL READ AND DR. STEVE LYONS...

BILL READ, DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER, AND DR.
STEVE LYONS, NEW MIC OF NWS SAN ANGELO, TEXAS OFFICE AND FORMER
TROPICAL WEATHER EXPERT AT THE WEATHER CHANNEL, WILL BE SPEAKING
TO THE DELAWARE/PHILADELPHIA CHAPTER OF THE AMS ON TUESDAY, MAY
4TH AT 7:00 PM. THIS MEETING IS FREE AND IS ALSO OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC, SO ANYONE CAN ATTEND. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO ARRIVE EARLY,
AND PLEASE USE THE MAIN ENTRANCE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE MEETING
ROOM. DIRECTIONS TO THE FACILITY CAN BE ATTAINED USING ANY
STANDARD INTERNET MAPPING SERVICE.

THEIR DISCUSSION TOPICS WILL CENTER ON TROPICAL SYSTEMS AND THEIR
EFFECTS, BUT MAY INCLUDE OTHER ITEMS AS WELL AS TIME PERMITS.
