Here you see the different T numbers and it's intensities by sat estimates.When it was this afternoon 91L it had 1.5 and that was 25kts but now that it has increased the winds you will see the T numbers increase to 2.5-3.0 tonight.When you see 4.0 that is hurricane status for it.
