I believe 200 is SSW at 12 kts. (fairly light)

Still...the first signs of such a wind..

I believe they are close to closing it off...

One problem

One problem with that recon report is that the wind is at 1510 meters above the water. The "4" group is the surface wind group (010 deg at 15kts in the recon report that was posted). Howerver, the plane JUST reported a real SW sfc wind:

Surface wind 200 at 20kts near 26.3N/83.6W. Looks like we have a center forming beneath the circulation aloft. Certainly a TD/TS within 2-8 hrs.
