Gotcha! I was just fainting some indignation. But it sure did create some activity. Now I must appologize to all for getting off track and mis-leading some very nice people...Back to Katrina. Extra time over the water due to the ridge delay should swing it slightly to the west, but IMHO, I still think it will be east of Pensacola (land fall). How far east? The big question.

As for those models: What are they picking up on that's causing this leftward shift? Must be something in the atmosphere that's making them go west. I don't like the shift, of course, but it's several days out and, as previously stated, more shifting is bound to occur.
