okay,this isn't quite a hurricane however nonehtless i think it was powerful enough to get a mention and must be the closet I've seen a LP system come towards looking like a hurricane

you can see the storm,center north with the 'eye' of the system very close to the U.K.

The Braer Storm in 1993 was very powerful as well. This image shows it around the time it dropped to 916hPa (913hPa unconfirmed)

Indeed P.K,both systems were impressive,with the Braer storm having the lowest pressure outside of a tronado and hurricane,although the central pressure compares to a category-5 hurricane,and although it had winds much weaker then that,it was still very strong for atlantic systems.

one other image.This time its from a system in the med that looks very much like a hurricane indeed,however it is suspected it is a polar low,although even to this day it is still being debated as to what it actually is:
