Wahooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!! Zeta is a 2006 cyclone. Willl the Ace it makes in 2006 count as 2005 or 2006?

Zeta formed in 2005, therefore, I think it should count toward 2005.

I don't see Zeta lasting much longer. That shear is really getting to it, and the center is almost completely exposed.

It is likely to eventually go the way Epsilon eventually did by having convection sheared apart. Either way, it is extremely remarkable!

Well, Alice #2 in 1954-55 was counted toward 1954's ACE. Therefore, Zeta should be accounted strictly toward 2005's ACE.
