W OF THE WAVE AXIS NEAR 10N21W DRIFTING NORTHEASTWARD WITHIN THE
ITCZ. WIDELY SCATTERED MODERATE CONVECTION IS FROM 8.5N-12.5N
BETWEEN 17.5W-20W.
