You are supposed to be >13 to be able to register on sites like this anyway (not that I've ever heard of it being enforced)

That is our age limit and we do enforce it except in special cases(there have only been a couple). It becomes very obvious very quickly when we have someone underage posting and we do our best to deal with these situations. There have been more than a few who have been taken off this site for this reason.

Another thing that i wish people would do is to look and see if the same or a similar picture or radar/satellite picture of a storm/blob/whatever has been posted. We don't need continuous pictures/radar/satellite ilmages of the same storm/blob/whatever that have been taken just a few minutes apart. And the majority of the time the link used is real time and therefore negates what the picture was that the poster was using.

I think thats certainly an idea that needs to be looked at, esp when you have just a photo with no real explanation of what its actually for or showing.
