I would like one setup. I think it would be funny seeing the results.
possible options:
1. Season cancel
2. Year of doom
3. x named storms
4. Send a cat5 my way
5. Send a TS my way
6. Send a TD my way
7. I just want rain
8. this poll is pointless

Then we'd probably have someone say they're bored because such-and-such storm is just a Category 3!
So, let's say we did, but don't. Thank you.

Or 250 named storms and 6 Tip's Spinning around.![]()
Maybe another 150 named storms with 3 majors hitting Greenland and England in 3 weeks. I can just see it now "Breaking News: A Tropical Cyclone has gone over the Artic Circle without becoming Ex-tropical or dissipating for the first time in recorded history".

Breaking News: "For the first time in recorded history, a TD forms over the very cold, north Atlantic waters and show signs of rapid deepening, like Wilma. Humans should not panic because TC's can smell fear in you people. The NHC has posted a warning for anyone living near the Artic circle for harsh winds. Stay Tuned for more information on this weird TC".

Breaking News: "Last night, Typhoon Omar came back from the dead and hit Joe B on the head. No one knows anything about this. Call the FBI if you know how a weather system came back from the dead and took on human features and having the strength to do so. Joe B didn't make any comments this morning except how lazy the tropics are right now in the Atlantic."

Breaking News: "3 men are charged with making hurricanes in the Eastern Pacific ocean. How they did this, only Cyclenall knows this. He is now being questioned on how to do the same in the Atlantic basin. 1 of the 3 men have told the media out-let's to watch out for a cross-over storm from the East Pacific to hit Flordia. More updates to come on this event."

An old Louisiana bayou gentleman was sitting on his porch rocking back on his chair watching the Corp of Engineers build new levees as part of Mississippi river flood control. A local t.v. news team spotted him and with camera on the young reporter asked him how he felt about the project. He simply smiled and said, "Lady dem fools can build all da hills dey want. Dat river gonna do what dat river wants to do." Point of the story? Well, be it the mighty Mississippi or the Atlantic hurricane season Mother Nature gonna do what Mother Nature wants to do. No sense guessing the future we just ride the present as it happens.
