Shear is decreasing over the LLC (very low shear to the south) and as SSTs begins to rise ahead of the track, there will be convection firing near the center soon given the robustness of the circulation.

it's starting to look good now...lots of convection building...nevertheless, it's on the eastern side of the center...I say TD at 11 a.m.
