Though I'm sure it was unintentional, you've left out Mexico/Central America on the poll. There's always the possibility that the ridging really gets pumping and simply drives the system due west across the Carribean or WNW over the southern Gulf of Mexico to an eventual landfall south of the border.

There is no way it looks like it is going to be an East Coast event. Looks like it is heading for the Yucatan channel. Could even hit Mexico. For United States, I think TX/LA hit similar to Lili but probably not as strong as she was.

I'm guessing a Claudette from 2003 like track, though a little stronger. Yes, Texas will get their storm. It will go south of the ridge, forcing it westward. Of course, I know absolutely nothing of what is going on, so I most definetly will be wrong.
