The NW Caribbean is getting way too much hype. It's a tropical wave and no more. Conditions are unfavorable for development. Nothing will come of it not matter how hard you look at it!

No to be a butthead or anything, but you're usually
on the development bandwagon. Obviously the
National Hurricane Center completely disagrees with
you as they note improving conditions. Come on
Chris, don't tell me you don't like this one because
SE Florida won't be seeing any part of it, eh? If that's
not the case, let's make a bet or something. How's this?
If nothing comes out of it, I'll give up posting rights
for a week (even though I'm not completely sold). If
it's at least a tropical depression, you give up yours for
a week, tropical storm 2 weeks, hurricane 3 weeks.

Deal?
