He is projected to be a category 4 by that time.
Central America is not exactly equiped to survive a category 4 storm.
especially if it happens to Honduras or Nicaragua.
I know its 6 years since Mitch.
but those countries would take longer than 6 years to recover from such disaster that the US would for example.
