I think it is on its way. I've only lived here a year. I am used to basements in the midwest. What the heck do you do when you don't have a basement in a tornado? The kids are all asleep upstairs. Do I leave them? I can't get a decent street map up on the news website.

I've been at the store all night... One thing I can't get used to around here, NO SIRENS!!! I come from Kansas originally and it just blows me away that there's no sirens around here. I had no idea that there was a tornado warning!!!

We're wondering at the store when or if mandatory evacs are going to come. I'm at Mt Pleasant and we ordered Water galore for an emergency truck shipment for Saturday, but we're not sure if we'll get it in time. Tonight we went through 5 pallets of Water and we're down to the last of the batteries. Flashlights and weather radios are already gone...

F1 was in Chesterfield
2346 6 SE CHESTERFIELD CHESTERFIELD SC 3467 8001 NWS STORM SURVEY CONFIRMED TORNADO IN CHESTERFIELD COUNTY. MAGNITUDE WAS F1 WITH WIND ESTIMATED AT 110 MPH. STORM TRACK WAS 1/2 MILE WIDE AND 6 MILES LONG EXTENDING FRO (CAE)
