First call now would have to be "yes".

It would take timing and several components to get a TC going NW as PROGGED to turn west and that's what likely would need to occur for this storm to get in below OBX.

Based on the pattern begun late spring...I am not a supporter of this "trof off the coast all season" thinking. But Bonnie may well be a fish.
