Looks to me that a bit of dry air has been entrained into Emily as the south eyewall looks eroded.....MGC

sanibel pointed something out in an earlier thread (http://www.storm2k.org/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=68580&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=20) that i thought was interesting and hoped someone might comment about:

could that be what's going on here? or is it indeed dry air that could cause her to weaken somewhat?

Goodness I hope Emily isn't further intensifying... But knowing this year, she probably is. :roll:
