I have absolutely no doubt. I am 100% sure Dennis will be retired based on the historical record breaking alone, not to mention what it did to Haiti and Cuba. I would even bank on it.

Dennis will be retired, just for his Caribbean tour and early major status
if nothing else.

Historical factors don't come into whether a hurricane gets retired or not. Its what it does that decides.

i.e Bertha was a early Cape Verde Hurricane in 1996 that made landfall on North Carolina but was not retired. If storms were retired based on historical reasons then wouldn't u think Bertha would of been retired.

Based on Cuba alone it will be retired. IMO
