I started off as a tropical storm in this forecast, fyi. I'm still convinced that model guidance remains too far north. I had thought this last night, but it seems to have not come down far enough. This forecast is also on the southern end of the envelope; I think this will be a western Cuba system...this forecast even has the system south of Jamaica. I think the next 24 hours will be the big turning point in determining where this goes, so we've got our day cut out for us. As a result, I've no choice but allow the thing to intensify. Near Cat 2/3 status by end of period.

all you need to do is "bump" your original post.

No, please click the LINKS within the post -- those are different. One is forecast #2 and one is forecast #4.
