Floaters 1 and 2 --- what are they looking at

Can't figure out what these are looking at...any ideas ?

Floater one is looking to Bret's landfall location, while Floater two is looking to where Calvin was positioned.

I'd think they would move one of them to the SW Carribean, since
it poses more of a threat than Bret's remains.

I think they will remain that way as the folks there will take the long weekend off unless organization starts to unfold on the Caribbean or at the wave in atlantic.
