Re-Analysis Presentation for 1911-1930

1911-1914 changes have been added to HURDAT
1915-1922 changes have been submitted to NHC's Best Track Change Committee
1923-1930 changes will be submitted to NHC by the end of August

All of this according to an email per Chris Landsea. I asked to be added to the "list" so I'd receive email updates about all this good stuff :D
