I wonder if the wave about to pop off the coast is what the GFS is calling for next week.........

6 UTC GFS at 168 hours shows a low in the ITCZ convergence zone.
6 UTC GFS at 204 hours shows that the low elongates and does not shows development.
6 UTC GFS at 228 hours shows no low pressure only a tropical wave.
6 UTC GFS at 300 hours shows nothing but tropical waves in the Atlantic and also the subtropical ridge in a more stronger status but not extends all the way to the east coast of the US.
