Maybe for all of us in SE La., we can get in our pirogues, paddle down into the Yucatan channel and splash some of that salty gulf water up in the air. You can tell Arlene is thirsty, but she has nothing to drink!

The air is toooooo dry! There's absolutely nothing on the SW corner of the storm.

How about nuking the ocean to make it warm up. Then the moisture would evaporate into the Atmosphere=Laten heat. Which will help our friend Arlene out?

More like she got her skirt tucked in her pantyhose and is showing her fanny Julia Sugarbaker-style. :)
