Pressures keep falling in that area very close to where the center is.

Cycloneye this thing keeps getting better oreganized. The convection is also trying hard to wrap.

27kt gusts, 7 foot seas, 29.65 pressure - yep it's close to Arlene.

Pressure is starting to rise at bouy now to 29.68 inches from 29.64 it was a few hours ago meaning that the center has passed that location.
