The barometric pressure is really low the past couple of days here in west central Fla. It's been steadily dropping: This is the latest:

Pressure: 29.66 in / 1004.3 hPa

No, I'm noticing that the temperatures are rising dramatically over the past week or so...highs in South Florida near the coast got into the low 90s today...that is unusual but we lost the usual breeze off the Atlantic...

yes, the warming is normal but usually along the southeast coast of FL (I would say from Palm Beach Beach South) if you are right along the coast the temperatures don't get above 90 unless you lose the E wind which happens only occasionally in the summer months. :D

expected when you have summertime sun with a west wind. west coast heats up when there is an easterly wind.

Well roasted here in SW LA as well. Looking forward to some precip soon - at least it's in the forecast and there are some high clouds this morning. Maybe our dustbowl is about to come to an end. Fingers crossed! 8-)
