Florida Tax Break On Hurricane Supplies Passed

#1 Postby TampaFl » Thu May 05, 2005 6:17 am

According to an article in todays St. Pete Times, the week of June 1 - 12, will be the time to purchase your hurricane supplies tax free! :D :D Plywood is excluded though.  Thoughts and comments welcomed.

Would have made more sense to do it during Hurricane Preparedness Week, but maybe they didn't want to spring it on the merchants that fast.

Hopefully, if they continue with this idea in future years, they'll synch things up.
