There will be a moderate El Nino, and some activity, but not what everyone expects.

I have to disagree SC it looks to be really shaping up possibly for a neutral ENSO.Someone on the board threw out some data and the neutral ENSO's seem to be the most active.Granted that could be for the simple reason there are more of them.WX57 brought up some interesting data on the PDO and the NAO in another thread coupled with a neutral ENSO could prove to be perplexing for all coastal residents.We still truly need another six weeks to get a good handle on it.
