Position: 6.7N 140.4E (250 mi SE of Yap, Micronesia)
Movement: E at 3 mph
Winds: 15 mph
Pressure: 1006 mb / 29.71"
Dvorak Est: T1.5/1.5
Although the JTWC had upgraded this system to good and issued a formation alert, shear had increased and the organization of this system has decreased. Expect little change in strength over the next day.

Position: 10.3N 147.3E (280 mi SE of Andersen AFB, Guam)
Winds: 15 mph
Pressure: 1006 mb / 29.71"
Dvorak Est: T1.5/1.5
Conditions seem to be improving for this system and some slight development is expected over the next 24 hours.
Invest (97P) (18/12Z)
Position: 17.5S 169.8E (105 mi NE of Port Villa, Vanuatu)
Winds: 15 mph
Pressure: 1006 mb / 29.71"
Dvorak Est: Too weak
97P is a fairly weak system that poses little threat for development at this time. However, it will continue to be monitored.

Position: 15.1S 61.9E (460 mi NE of Port Louis, Mauritius)
Winds: 15 mph
Pressure: 1006 mb / 29.71"
Dvorak Est: Too weak
98S is also a weak system that poses little threat for development at this time. However, it will continue to be monitored.
