Area interest over the Western Pacific

What do you think about the area at 7.5 north/150 west? That area is might be a area to watch. Remeber my numbers last night.

what I see is it has popped up fast. It seems to be develping outflow/a cirulation. I will have to look at much more data. http://www.nrlmry.navy.mil/sat-bin/display10.cgi


The upper level Enviroment also seems Favable. 5 to 10 knots in wind shear...

Nogaps close off a low with this at around 142 west 7 or so north...

The chances of a tropical cyclone over the next 72 hours. Has just jumped from 10 percent to 30 percent I would say.

There now appears to be a nice curl in the clouds/Convection at 150 west. This is looking mroe interesting. It appears to be getting its self together at a good rate. I will have to wait a few more hours for quickscats. To show if there is a well defined LLC
