14R still remains nearly stationary with little change forecast over the next few days.
Tropical Depression Noname (08F/94P) (11/0600Z)
Position: 10.0S 178.0W (230 mi SE of Funafuti, Tuvalu)
Movement: Stationary
Winds: 35 mph
Pressure: 1000 mb / 29.53"
Dvorak Est: Too weak
08F remains very weak and little change is forecast over the next few days.
Tropical Cyclone Noname (09F/93P) (11/1800Z)
Position: 13.5S 168.4W (165 NE of Pago Pago, American Samoa)
Movement: SSE at 6 mph
Winds: 40 mph
Pressure: 1000 mb / 29.53"
Dvorak Est: T1.5/2.0
09F continues to develop and deep convection has become more organized near the center. Model guides indicates that slow strengthening should persist with this system becoming “Nancy” within the next day or two.
