Thanks For the T-Shirt Help...

#1 Postby TheShrimper » Wed Jan 05, 2005 6:05 pm

I purchased many for X-Mas gifts for the part time residents. If anyone wants to view some real neat prints, do a search on the T-Shirt Guy. I cannot remember the web site. It is funny what people are saying is being offered on e-bay pertaining to the hurricane. I captured something pretty unique, which I will never part with. When experiencing the full force of Charley in a mausoleum I built, (I know first hand how it was built) I peeked around the corner during the onslaught and saw a 7 light stop signal come crashing down at a major intersection. Needless to say, It didnt stay on in the middle of the crossroads long. On the way to retrieving it, out the 25 ft. wide drive which is flanked by 2 water retention areas, that exits the cemetery, a 10 ft. gator for some reason tried to cross the exit drive to the other water hole. I wish I was video taping then when after 2 steps he got hit directly broadside by the winds and got blown ass over tea kettle across two eastbound lanes, the median and then the westbound lanes....well over a 100 yards. We didnt see him for weeks after Charley, but he reimmerged in the pond miraculously shortly thereafter. Anyways, I rigged up the light assembly with 12 volt bulbs and a series of toggle switches. It will make it's debut in the infield between turns 3 and 4 at Daytona Intl. Speedway for Speedweek before the 500. So if you are an attendee for the event and housed in the infield, stop by please...the light will be left on "Green".
