It has a well defined LLC with burst of convection on top of its center...My thinking is that if this can form more convection we will have something.

Well, I believe if it can keep this convection going and orgainize it more then we might...MIGHT...have something here.

We have a chaotic mess out there ... the old system which blasted the Southland with SVR WX a few days ago, the trailing cold front has already made it out to near where 93L is ... and thusly the SBJ has arrived out there towards the region ... the system is being charged baroclinically with another mid/upper low forming to its west ... which most likely won't make the environmental conditions any better for subtropical development at this time ... ST numbers still remain at ST1.5 ...

Hmmmmmm. That is very interesting SF. I thought i read in another post that the trough made it by it and the coldfront. But I guess it has not. Another person posted in in another thread.
