Anyone heard anything about Santa Rosa Beach? (near Destin)

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

My Sister's house is down there, and since they evacuated they want to find out how bad it was, and when they can go back.

Thanks

In Destin proper, they said it wasn't as bad as they had feared, some 50 mph winds. I know on Okaloosa Island the surge breached the area, but the structures are OK(except for some flooding on the ground floors). So, if the surge didn't get it, damage will be very minor.

Early chatter seems to say not as bad as Opal from Ft. Walton beach to the east. If it weren't for bridge damage and tornados near Crestview, it's starting to sound like the area came through the storm in relatively good shape compared to further west.
