Can YOU read this Hazards Assesment Map from HPC/CPC?

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

It has been updated today.... but I have a hard time reading it. I am guessing the HIGH WINDS Sept. 19-22 from FL to VA is from Jeanne, and there is two tornado threat areas.. and there is two flooding areas... ARG!! Too much stuff on there!!! :D

Basically, it looks like central North Carolina is basically right in the middle of all that on the east coast. Ick.

yeah I can read it. its just showing two time periods of watch areas, the immediate future and a little later than that. as IVan advances northeastward (or stalls) he will affect different areas of the Us, and the other areas are generic climatological warning areas.
