Will Karl skip the TD stage in the official advisories?
I mean, will the strong tropical disturbance SW of the Cape Verde Islands upgrated to TS Karl this afternoon since right now Dvorak categorizes the system as 2.0. It has 5½ hours to continue organizing after all.
