.....About 10:45 pm CST, weather deteriorating rapidly. I'm about 16 miles inland from the coast and winds have picked dramatically and seem more sustained.
We still have power which I can't believe. Lights have been flickering though....
Debris and standing water visible in my front yard.
Listening to scanner, emergency personnel were instructed to take cover several hours ago and now scanner has went silent...I think they have lost communications.....
10:48pm....severe gust blowing through......
Will try and update as long as power holds out.....
