How bad could this be in central Alabama?

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

Specifically Shelby County, a bit north of Montgomery?

Wondering whether people there should consider leaving - what you see as the outside parameters for wind speed and rain... and of course anything you know vis a vis the geography or building styles being an issue.

Thanks.

Flooding Rains and near hurricane force winds...you should be prepared to lose power, IMO.
