C'mon Luis, you can't be offline! Who will I look to for info except the ya yo's here on Culebra!!! We're all ready here but it seems surreal. I know on the big island it can be so very much worse, though the rains last year showed me what can happen here with too much water :( They've stopped the ferry and quite a few friends of mine are stuck in Fajardo, the Fajardo Inn is going to be packed tonight! Storm shutters are back up, most boats are tied up (I TOLD that girl from AZ to get her boat in the mangroves but.....) but my crazy landlord is out sailing - we're all in prepared for the worst, hoping for the best mode, Culebra style. I wish you all safety, mi amigo!
flooding and mudslides
and, often, some quite iffy construction.
Lack of power after... no food, no water.
Enough to upset me.

Well folks the good news is that I am on-line tonight because the arrival has been delayed due to Jeanne crawling. But the bad news is that it is slowly intensifying.
