Ivan will suck some of the moisture into its core, and push the rest away as if it doesnt exist.

I'm not a Met but I've been watching it to and I believe this is a front that is coming down that will give Ivan a nudge to the NNE or NE. That is why I think the focus has been so much on Pensacola and Panama City. COuld be wrong but that is what it looks like to me. And it looks like they will reach each other about 60 miles prior to landfall.

On my last look the edge of that approaching front wasn't moving...
