DISCLAIMER: USE NHC for OFFICAL INFO
Hurricane Ivan is a powerful category 5 hurricane with winds of 160 mph and 910 mb pressure.
It is simple, I am not expect such a strong pull north and then north-east. I expect a landfall near Biloxi or Pascagoula. New Orleans MUST WATCH THIS MONSTER.
As for intensity, I expect some shear before landfall, but not enough to bring it below category 4 intensity. Nevertheless, I expect Ivan to be ATLEAST 125 mph at landfall.
