It wasn't a matter of decoding it wrong someone doctored it and sent it to everyone. Even mets thought it was real.

I wasn't connecting the two... i was just trying to give people an easier and more accurate way of obtaining the latest recon reports... lol

I'll add that to the decode function... prob tomorrow though its too late tonight...
