based on what anyone has heard or seen is it possible ivan could do what charley did make land fall some where and then make a second landfall farther up the southeast coast somewhere.

Anything is possible at this point, I think, including that. I don't think they can predict that far ahead at this point when they really aren't exactly sure where it's going after 24 hours from now. We just have to wait and see.
