Eye is getting a lot more distinct. I'm really wondering if this weakness will be enough to push a rapidly intensifying Cat 4/5 storm north. This thing will not make a sharp turn, any turn will be slow and gradual, and the better organized and bigger it gets, the harder it will be to get her to turn.
It's also not slowing down any that I can see.
Frances is rapidly intensifying
