This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

Air Force Met...what's the latest?

I read Derek Ort's forecast and it seems very likely. I haven't read any of your thoughts today so I was wondering what you were thinking as of today? I think everyone would like to hear your input. Thanks

Well...I am stil holding the central Florida line. Been there a week, no need to change.

The GFS solution has me a little curious...but I don't buy it.

Also...it's been moving at 278 degrees...form the 15z advisory to the 18z update. Probably jsut another wobble to the west...but those will add up. It has to start moving at 300 now in order to make the 06z advisory position...and I don't think it is going to do that.

Ok I asked Mwatkins and he hasn't answered yet. If that verifies what will it be like here. I live in Port Richey, Pasco county 40 miles northwest of Tampa. Thanks
