Bryan Norcross
In South Florida they have started hourly updates on almost all the news channels. Norcross feels more confident that Frances will turn North and graze So Fl but the only worry he has is that Frances is moving quicker then earlier today and they might have to put up some watches for So Fl first because we are closer either tonight or tomorrow

Bryan Norcross-5pm update
Norcross just said that watches more then likely go into effect tonight because the storm is moving faster and the models have shifted more west. The models might even more further south because the high pressure is stronger.
