Frances has strengthened and once again is 125 mph or 110 kt. I think now that the eye is larger, we will see it get stronger.

Frances is moving due west. I expect this motion to continue with a slow west-northwestward movement over time. Folks, the ridge will soon be built in... this is CRUNCH TIME.

Frances has a larger eye, wind area, and outflow. I still think this will be a category 5 hurricane. ERC's and fluctuations can be expected.

NOTE: Florida...time is running out, put your game faces on.

12 HRS-- 20.0N-- 64.0W-- 115 kt
24 HRS-- 20.3N-- 66.6W-- 115 kt
36 HRS-- 21.3N-- 69.5W-- 120 kt
48 HRS-- 22.0N-- 72.3W-- 125 kt
72 HRS-- 22.5N-- 74.9W-- 135 kt
96 HRS-- 24.8N-- 78.0W-- 145 kt
120 HRS- 27.0N-- 81.2W-- 130 kt (Inland)
