In fact, Channel 9 here is still weighing in very hard on a north turn out to sea and pointing at Gaston and all the other "mess" in the area right now that should turn it. Funny how 2 days ago they were saying that those things wouldn't be an issue by the time Frances got nearby. -A very weird switch in presentation. -Maybe there is something to the whole "don't panic the masses until after they vote!" conspiracy! haha
Question too... Frances is now going 9mph, which everyone knew she would slow to make the turn west, but now that she is done turning, should we expect a pick up in forward speed?
