Forward Speed?
Forgive me if this has already been addressed... but do you see any change in forward speed any time soon? Say from 9-10mph to 15-20 or above?

If we don't count the GFS, then we can expect a speed of 15-20 mph. However, the GFS is much slower and it could not be until next week that we see (if, where) a landfall in the United States, IF it verifies.

Well, regardless of what forecast speed is, the actual speed has been consistently around 9 mph for quite some time. I see nothing in the foreseeable future that would cause that to significantly change, so the slower movement may turn out to be accurate, despite what the others are predicting.

Agreed it should speed up some, I just don't see anything to suggest it will be moving 15-20 mph.
